Last updated May 1, 2026
CT Financial ServicesLLC (“CTFS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at ctfinserv.com or contact us about insurance, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways.
Information you provide directly
When you request a quote, contact us, or sign up for communications, we collect what you give us. Common examples include your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, address, and information specific to the coverage you’re asking about (such as vehicles, drivers, property details, business operations, or claims history).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and basic analytics.
Information from carriers and third-party sources
With your authorization, we may receive information from insurance carriers, motor-vehicle databases (MVR), claims databases (CLUE, A-PLUS), credit reporting agencies, and other sources commonly used in insurance underwriting.
How we use your information
- To prepare and present insurance quotes from carriers we represent.
- To service the policies we place for you (renewals, endorsements, claims support).
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations.
- To improve the website and our services.
How we share your information
We share your information with insurance carriers and wholesalers we work with, only to the extent needed to evaluate, place, or service your coverage. We do not sell your personal information.
We may also share information with service providers (email delivery, CRM, analytics) bound by confidentiality agreements; with regulators or authorities when required by law; and in connection with a business transition (e.g., a sale of the agency).
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for core site functionality and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may not function correctly without them. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have on file about you, ask us to update or correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to record-retention rules required by state insurance law). To make a request, email asingh@ctfinserv.com or call (203) 653-2212.
Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and other states with consumer privacy statutes have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain sharing. We will honor those rights as the law requires.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
