CT Financial Services LLC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe digital accessibility is part of doing business honestly and treating clients well, and we take it seriously.

Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and speech impairments.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML throughout the site so screen readers can navigate content correctly.
• Sufficient color contrast in text and interactive elements.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, including all forms and interactive components.
• Visible focus states on focusable elements.
• Alt text on meaningful images.
• Reduced-motion support for users who prefer fewer animations.
• Logical heading structure on every page.

Known limitations

We are continuously improving accessibility. Areas we’re actively working on include:

• Live captioning for any future video content we publish.
• Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps) which may not always conform to the same standards.
• Older blog posts that may not have alt text on every embedded image.
